He works with project owners from the early stages of project development, assisting with financing setup as needed, and selecting Design Team members. Craig works closely with Developers, Architects, and Engineers to produce and finalize plans, including budgets and timelines, then coordinates and stays involved with the Project Manager(s) and Superintendent(s) on each and every job to see the project through each phase, including inspections, quality control, scheduling, and problem solving—all the way to final inspections.
